Global City Holdings has been awarded the "WSE IR LEADER 2013" for foreign companies listed on the Stock Exchange in Warsaw.The award was given for the best investor relations for foreign companies listed on the Stock Exchange in Warsaw. The award ceremony took place during the fifth edition of the conference organized by the Stock Exchange in Warsaw - "5th WSE International Companies' Forum". The competition organized in four steps in which assessed the websites, the quality of communications with the media, institutional and individual investors.The jury which evaluated the companies was comprised of representatives of Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Association of Listed Companies, the Association of Individual Investors, the Chamber of Pension Fund Companies and Gazeta Giełdy Parkiet.

In the 6th edition of the Golden Website contest Cinema City International has received highest results in the category “Foreign Companies”. This is the second first prize of the Company, this time achieved with the new website launched in 2011. The contest enfolds websites of all public companies listed in the Warsaw Stock Exchange (854 websites). The 6th edition has been extended to evaluate additionally new criteria of websites, which may facilitate the users to find information in more intuitive and convenient way. In the first stage of the contest aimed at evaluating websites in three areas: communication with investor, content and utility of service. Evaluations were done by the committee headed by Roman Młodkowski, Director and Chief Editor of TVN CNBC and attended by representatives of Bank Pekao SA, Individual Investors Association, Chamber of Fund and Asset Management , Polish Association of Listed Companies, Warsaw Stock Exchange , Polish Press Agency, Interactive Advertising Bureau Poland, Institute of Capital Markets Reaserch, WSE- Reaserch SA, Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Entedard Gropu Sp. z o.o., K2 Internet SA.

Cinema City International has been awarded the title of WSE IR Leader 2012 in the first competition organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange for the best investor relations among foreign issuers. The competition has been divided into three stages. In the first stage all corporate websites have been evaluated, in the second stage the communication with media and in the third one the quality of communication with institutional and individual investors and analysts as well as respecting shareholders’ rights in the company. Evaluations were done by representatives of Individual Investors Association, Polish Association of Listed Companies, Chamber of Fund and Asset Management, Chamber of Pension Funds, Warsaw Stock Exchange and economic daily “Parkiet”.

During the 15th edition of WallStreet in Zakopane, Cinema City International was awarded the honor of 'Company of the year 2011' by the Polish Association of Individual Investors. The prize was awarded for best investor relations for the Polish retail investors and in appreciation for the track record of years of first class communications of our company directed to retail investors in Poland.

Moshe (Mooky) Greidinger received yesterday the award “International Exhibitor of the Year” granted by European theatrical community during CineEurope in Amsterdam, the largest convention of cinema industry in Europe. This is the second award for Cinema City following the title “International Exhibitor of the Year” received in 2004 in Las Vegas during ShoWest convention.

The website of Cinema City International NV wins The Golden Website 2010 contest in the category “Foreign Company”. We received the award on October 1, 2010 during the ceremony of the Congress of the Polish Association of Listed Companies. We were awarded by the Chapter of the contest chaired by Mr. Ludwik Sobolewski - the President of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The main aim of the Golden Website contest is to promote websites as user-friendly, efficient and a modern means of communication between companies and their investors, shareholders and business environment.

Cinema City International, N.V. has been ranked the second in the main ranking “Stock Exchange Company of the Year 2009” composed for 11th time by Pentor Research International for the Puls Biznesu journal. The Company has taken the first place in the category Quality of Product and Services and the third place in the category Success in 2009.
