Major shareholder of Global City Holdings is I.T. International Theatres (ITIT), an Israeli company, directly holding 97,87% of all of the effective votes at the general meeting of the shareholders of the Company (53.9% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of the shareholders of the Company). Indirect control over ITIT through a majority shareholding in Israel Theatres Limited has the Greidinger family.
As a result of Tender Offer that was settled in July 2015, 44.94% of all of the votes at the general meeting of the Company attached to the outstanding shares are held by the Company. Those shares do not entitle the Company to exercise any voting rights attached due to the fact that based on Article 118:7 of the Dutch Civil Code, the Company cannot exercise any of the votes attached to the shares in its own share capital held thereby (they represent 0% of all of the effective votes at the general meeting of the shareholders).
Currently the company is undergoing a process of delisting of its shares from the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
