Current report No. 05/2011 of 2 May 2011: Execution of lease agreements for three cinemas in Hungary
The Board of Managing Directors of Cinema City International N.V. (the "Company") informs that on 2 May 2011 the Company signed with SEGECE, a company under the French law, a subsidiary of Klepierre SA, the lease agreements for three cinemas with a total of 17 screens operating under the Palace Cinemas brand in Hungary: Palace Cinemas Duna Plaza in Budapest (7 screens with 1 682 seats), Palace Cinemas Nyir Plaza in Nyiregyhaza (6 screens with 1003 seats) and Palace Cinemas Kaposvar Plaza (4 screens with 634 seats). Operation of these cinemas will be taken over from Palace Mozi Szorakoztato Kft.
