Current report No. 25/2010 dated 27 September 2010: Sale of the Company shares by insiders
Cinema City International N.V. with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, (the "Company") gives notification that on 27 September 2010 the Company was informed by three members of the Management Board and one member of its Supervisory Board that their affiliated company I.T. International Theatres Ltd (in the meaning of Article 160.2.4.a) of the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of 29 July 2005) sold 5 120 000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company at the share price of PLN 39,0 for each share. The shares were sold in the negotiated order deals during the session on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transactions took place on 22 September 2010 and were settled on 27 September 2010. Following the settlement of the transaction I.T. International Theatres Ltd holds 27 589 996 shares in the Company which constitute 53.88% of the total number of shares and 53.88% of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
