Current report No. 38/2008 dated 18 July 2008: PURCHASE OF THE COMPANY SHARES BY INSIDERS

Cinema City International N.V. with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, (the "Company") gives notification that on 18 July 2008 the Company was informed by two members of the Management Board and one member of its Supervisory Board that their affiliated company (in the meaning of Article 160.2.4.a) of the Polish Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of 29 July 2005) purchased

• 1 000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company at the share price of PLN 23.80 for each share. The shares were purchased in the trading session on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transaction took place on 9 July 2008 and was settled on 14 July 2008.
• 2 000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company at the share price of PLN 24.00 for each share. The shares were purchased in the trading session on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transaction took place on 10 July 2008 and was settled on 15 July 2008.
• 2 000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company at the share price of PLN 23.20 for each share. The shares were purchased in the trading session on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transaction took place on 11 July 2008 and was settled on 16 July 2008.
• 4 300 ordinary bearer shares of the Company at the share price of PLN 22.60 for each share. The shares were purchased in the trading session on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transaction took place on 14 July 2008 and was settled on 17 July 2008.
• 4 000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company at the share price of PLN 21.75 for each share. The shares were purchased in the trading session on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transaction took place on 15 July 2008 and was settled on 18 July 2008
