Park of Poland expands its accommodation offer. Global City Holdings group signs contract for development advisory & management of the year-round Suntago Village in Park of Poland

The 1st phase of Suntago Village will consist of ca.100 recreational modular Cabaña homes, positioned in the economy segment, a children’s play area, a grilling zone as well as a Hub zone with a reception mini store providing goods and services to Cabaña guests. Another 100 modular homes will be added in the 2nd phase. Suntago Village will be available for guests on a year-round basis. Together with the planned 4-star hotel within Park of Poland all the undertaken investments will provide a diversified accommodation and recreational offer, meeting the highest standards for comfort and guest services. The Cabañas will be able to accommodate groups of up to 4 people with larger Cabañas available. The standard Cabaña will be equipped with one bedroom, a living room with a kitchen annex and a bathroom.

Hotel Professionals Management Group will provide strategic advisory services during the project development phase and will manage day-to-day operations of Suntago Village once it opens. The opening is scheduled for Q3 2019.

Park of Poland will be located between Warsaw and Łódź, at Wręcza near Mszczonów. It will be reached by the A2 motorway and the S8 express road. The entire project will cover over 400 hectares, including 20 hectares for the water park. In the complex, GCH intends to build the Suntago Water World, theme parks, the Suntago Village with Cabaña homes, hotels, a conference and retail centre, Silicon Valley-style office buildings, as well as apartment buildings.

Suntago Water World will be the first stage of Park of Poland complex. The facility will have 30 water slides, thermal baths, mineral pools, a spa complex, and over ten different types of saunas. The opening is planned for the summer of 2019. The park will create about 600 jobs.
