Cinema City and Atrium Felicity signed a binding lease agreement for the new Cinema City multiplex in Lublin, Poland
The new multiplex of Cinema City will be located in Atrium Felicity shopping center in Lublin to be constructed by Wincenty Witos Avenue to serve citizens of the southern part of the city and its surroundings. The cinema will have 9 screens and will be fully digital with the top 3D projection equipment. Cinema City in Atrium Felicity center will be the Company’s third multiplex in Lublin. The opening is planned for July 2015.

In Lublin, since 2007, Cinema City operates an 8screen successful multiplex in Lublin Plaza shopping mall located in the strict city center. In August 2013 the Company signed a lease agreement with IKEA Center Polska SA for another 9screen multiplex to serve cinema goers in the northern part of Lublin. The opening is planned for the next year. The multiplex in Atrium Felicity center will serve the whole southern part of Lublin as well as all neighboring towns. In Poland, Cinema City is a leader of the cinema market. The Company operates 339 screens in 31 multiplexes including 5 IMAX theatres and the first 4DX auditorium in Arkadia, Warsaw. Cinema City continues to develop its cinema chain in Poland. The Company has signed 9 lease agreements for future multiplexes with almost 100 screens and it continues analyzing subsequent potential locations in the country.
In January 2014 Cinema City and Cineworld signed an agreement to combine their cinema businesses. Both companies will create together the 2nd largest cinema operator in Europe with 201 cinemas and 1,852 screens. The closing of the agreement is expected in the beginning of March 2014.
